Operations Manager Special-Purpose Association (m/f/d)

You control, plan and organize the operating operation, monitor and optimize the operating processes within the framework of an effective controlling and ensure successful order and project processing. You contribute to the further development of the operating strategy, guide your employees professionally and disciplinaryly and ensure transparent communication and regular employee talks. You ensure the quality and continuous development of processes, workflows and management systems and derive targeted optimization measures. You are responsible for the technical development of the company, assess economic and market-related developments (e.g. purchase vs. leasing) and control the introduction and optimization of new technologies. You monitor and control the budgetary resources, ensure the proper processing and processing of documents for auditors and tax advisors, cooperate in the preparation of the annual financial statements and are responsible for monitoring claims and liabilities. You are responsible for building and developing shared services with the OOWV from the perspective of the KSNW to realize efficiency improvements, cost reductions, quality improvements, standardization and benchmarking, as well as communication and representation of interests towards internal and external stakeholders.

You have a successfully completed degree in landscape architecture, environmental planning, landscape construction and green area management, civil engineering, business management or a comparable degree program. You bring knowledge and experience in the maintenance and maintenance of infrastructures, in particular in the areas of road maintenance, road cleaning and green area management. You have experience in professional and disciplinary leadership, ideally in the area of municipal farms. You have knowledge of the basics of labour and collective labour law, administrative law, in particular local law, as well as traffic security obligations and bring the necessary political sensitivity to municipal decision-making processes. You are convinced by social competence, sovereign appearance, decision-making and implementation, as well as by addressable communication skills You have the licence class B.
