We are looking at the Department of Urban Planning, Environment, Building Law for the Department of Administration, Budget, Housing

Parttime, unlimited The place has a capacity of 40%. The Department of Urban Planning, Environment, Building Law, consisting of five departments, has a total of 95 employees with extensive tasks in the fields of urban planning, building law, conservation of monuments, municipal climate protection and environmental law and industrial supervision. The Department of Administration, Budget, Housing has various cross-sectional functions and is working on numerous tasks in the field of civil service construction, construction law, chimney sweeping, funding program Energy, Housing, Housing promotion, supports inter-departmental in administrative procedures and is responsible for personnel, organizational, financial and special tasks.

Payment is made up to pay group 11 TVöD or grade A12.

Your tasks: • Technical supervision and staffing body in the field of chimney sweeping over eight authorized district chorn stone sweepers (administrative arrangements, sweeping-district checks, distribution of instructions and intervention of supervisory measures, implementation of the measures arranged within the administrative execution) and processing of contradictions and judicial procedures • comprehensive administrative decisions within the Renewable Heat Act, including the enforcement of the measures arranged within the administrative execution (e.g. compulsory funds) • Support in the development of the energy promotion programme of the city of Ulm • Decisions in the field of anti-dumping law in the fields of chimney sweeping, renewable-heat law and building energy law • Processing of special tasks (including contract law, examination and clarification of general legal issues, fee law, development of organisational and conceptual solutions for different questions on structures, procedures or legal procedures)

Your profile: • completed studies on the graduate administrator*in (FH) or Bachelor of Arts Public - Management or comparable qualification • well-founded legal knowledge in these areas, in particular in the law on police and judicial offences, in general administrative law and in building law • structured, independent and at the same time team-oriented work • clear expressiveness in word and writing • Enforcement and a service-oriented, sovereign appearance towards citizenship, builders and other stakeholders
