You serve and advise our executives, find qualified talents, conduct structured interviews and occupy open positions with the best candidates. You maintain existing social media channels and control marketing measures. With your work, you represent the HZD as an excellent TOP worker and secure our forward-looking personal policy with your professionalism and the sense of talent.

You have a completed relevant higher education of personnel management or a comparable degree course or you have comparable knowledge. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the entire human resources recovery process, in particular in conducting interviews. You have good knowledge of the relevant legal bases and ideally experience in the preparation of task descriptions and their assessment on the basis of the Hessian pay order. You have good knowledge and relevant experience in conceptual work. A sovereign communication capability with good linguistic expression and address-oriented representation of complex facts both in writing and oral and in clear and comprehensible form distinguishes you.
