Claims Team Leader for Property, Real Estate and Technical Insurance (m/f/d)

You take over the organizational and disciplinary leadership of a team You are a professional contact person in defined areas of damage service

You set operational targets for the team and every employee and you are responsible for compliance

You plan capacities and guide, coach and motivate the team to reach the KPIs as well as customer satisfaction in the area of damage processing and services.

You ensure the training and training of the team and work new employees

You represent the interests of the team within the organization

You are an escalation agency for complaints from customers and specialists and find proactive solutions

You'll be struggling and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal damage

You advance change management within the team, strengthen the ability to implement changes, and ensure excellent customer results.

You’re questioning existing processes and developing solutions for efficiency and risks

You actively engage in projects on system implementations or process changes to ensure smooth integration into the workflows and to adapt capacities and processes accordingly

You act as a central contact person for team-wide topics in the EBSC Dam Team as well as for questions of all kinds – both process and professional

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Experience in the result-oriented leadership of employees

Ability to identify, analyze and solve difficult and sometimes complex problems independently

Knowledge from the insurance industry is advantageous

At least 4 years of professional experience
