With around 160 employees and 300 volunteers, Kaleidoscope e.V. is a competent and reliable partner for educational child and youth work in the Rhine-Main area. For cities, schools and businesses, we organize and supervise holiday games, day and week projects as well as day-to-day offers at schools. We work at our locations in multi-professional teams in a value-adding atmosphere. From 01.08.2026 we take care of day care at the school on the slope in Frankfurt Bergen-Enkheim. Together with the school, we develop a modern full day of the children room for learning, moving and growing – from summer 2027 in a new building with an innovative spatial concept. You support children in their individual development. You work with parents, school and team. Deputy Head You support the setup management in organizational and administrative tasks. You participate in the planning and further development of educational offers. You coordinate all day operations and support the team organization. You take representation tasks in the absence of the management. You bring ideas on quality development and school development.
