Examination Coordinator (m/f/d)

In order to support our team in the field of training, we are looking for a test coordinator (m/w/d) at the next possible time. You are responsible for the proper conduct of the audits and the supervision of the voluntary audit committees. You will take into account deadlines and requirements from the examination regulations of the professions to be supervised.

Based on professional training, you will ideally have first experience in working with the legal requirements and structures of corporate training. Personally you convince by a high degree of communication strength, a good way of expression in word and writing, are team-oriented and can structure the work independently. You are eager to decide and keep a cool head even in hectic situations. In addition, you work carefully, responsibly and service-oriented, also in dealing with confidential data and in sensitive audit situations. Since many exams are already organized and conducted online, a high level of IT competence is an important requirement for you, as well as we require very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

The remuneration depends on the qualification and the individual, relevant experience in the task profile and is usually within the entry area of EUR 49,100.00 to EUR 51,400.00 per year (full time).
