Full responsibility for the strategic purchasing of IT and telecommunications solutions for our locations in Germany Control and further development of the central product groups: o IT hardware (clients, notebooks, monitors, printers, scanners, network components) o IT infrastructure and data center services o Mobile device management (MDM) and mobility solutions o Mobile, fixed and data tariffs o Warehouse and logistics IT (e.g. scanners, voice picking systems, mobile terminals) Identification and realization of savings and optimization potentials along the entire IT procurement process Implementation of national tenders and preparation, negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements with IT manufacturers, providers and service providers Building, evaluating and developing efficient supplier and service partner relationships Construction and further development of an IT supplier controller for the transparent control of defined KPIs Market, cost and technology research to support the digitalization and growth strategy KPI-based supplier management and regular performance and cost-effectiveness analyses Close cooperation with the fields of IT, operations, engineering and finance in new and existing projects Support for standardisation and consolidation initiatives in the hardware, software and telecommunications environment

Successfully completed commercial training, an economic study or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience (min. 3 years) in purchasing, ideally focusing on IT, telecommunications or digital services Detectable successes in the negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements with IT manufacturers, software providers, providers or IT service providers Good knowledge of contract and license management and the design of service and framework contracts Understanding IT infrastructures, software license models, cloud services and telecommunication solutions Embossed negotiating skills, analytical thinking and a strategic and entrepreneurial approach High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and enforcement Hands-on mentality as well as pleasure in independent work, planning and organizing Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel Experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP systems of advantage flowing knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English
