Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the processing of various legal issues predominantly in civil and economic law You design, review, and negotiate contracts from different legal areas You develop legally secure templates, model contracts and standardized processes You support the planning and implementation of internal projects and the optimization of existing processes You design and maintain training, in particular on issues of civil and economic law You coordinate legal questions with the departments and work professionally with external firms

You are full lawyers and have two above-average legal examina Ideally, you bring several years of experience in a globally operating company or an internationally oriented firm - preferably in civil and commercial law You combine economic understanding with pronounced negotiation skills and analytical strength A self-employed, committed and solution-oriented working style You prepare complex legal topics address-oriented and communicate them clearly and understandably We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
