Your duties • Participation in palliative medical consiliar service for the entire clinic • Advice and support of the station teams in the care of patients with palliative diseases • Assessment and mittreatment of stressful symptoms such as pain, lack of breath, nausea or anxiety • Conducting sensitive conversations and accompanying patients and their relatives • Coordination and co-design of individual, patient-oriented supply plans • Close cooperation in the multi-professional team, including doctors, nurses, social services, therapists and pastoral care • Ensuring careful documentation and participation in quality assurance in palliative care

Your profile • Complete training as a nurse or comparable qualification • Ideally a completed training Palliative Care or the willingness to complete this • Experience in the care of seriously ill patients or oncological patients • High social and communicative competence • Empathy, loadability and reflected handling of difficult situations • Teamability and independent and responsible operation
