Planning and organization of the entire workflow in the kitchen area Preparation of the St. Ribs food by recipe Implementation and monitoring of quality and service standards as well as legal regulations (HACCP, LMHV, IfSG etc.) Ensuring and monitoring of order and cleanliness in the kitchen including the appropriate warehouse Purpose of purchases of foodstuffs and articles of consumables taking into account the economic use of goods Delivery acceptance with control of shipping documents and invoices, warehouse management Maintenance and maintenance of equipment Implementation of the annual inventory personnel selection, disposition and management Implementation of regular staff training

You have a vocational training as a cook and/or as a specialist for system gassing You have commercial experience, especially in the field of personnel management and cost management You are contacting, engaged and highly service-oriented You like to work independently, structured and targeted You are a natural talent when it comes to people's motivation and leadership You are resilient, flexible and cheerful You are spiritual and a creator
