Organisation and guidance of the day care center – You take over the overall management and organization of the Kita ''Ploggenseering' with 229 care places and ensure a structured, reliable operation. Educational Responsibility and Inclusion – You actively shape the inclusive, prejudice-conscious pedagogical work in crèche, integration groups, elementary and hort and develop it conceptually. Staff Responsibility and Team Culture – You are responsible for personnel management, deployment and development and promote a valuable, trusting collaboration in the team.
