For our infrastructure team we are looking for an experienced personality that feels at home in the network and firewall environment and understands IT security as a continuous task.

Operation, development and Troubleshooting of our routing and switching infrastructure (mainly Cisco components) Administration of our next generation firewalls – across the manufacturer with Fortinet (FortiGate), Sophos and pfSense Operation and maintenance of our Web Application Firewall based on FortiWeb to protect our web applications Implementation and maintenance of our Fortinet-based SD-WAN environment – from location to performance optimization Vulnerability analysis and systematic curing of IT systems (network, firewalls, server and client connection) Network segmentation, VLAN and VPN design as well as perimeter protection Monitoring of network and security components incl. Alerting and Incident Response Maintenance of clean technical documentation and further development of security policies

Found experience in the administration of Linux servers (e.g. Debian, Ubuntu, RHEL/Rocky/AlmaLinux) Practical knowledge in Proxmox VE and ideally Ceph or comparable distributed storage solutions Experience with several of our core services (Zimbra, Nextcloud, Webserver, Monitoring, Directory Services) Secure networking, firewalls, DNS, certificates and backup concepts Experience with automation and configuration management (Ansible or A.) Analytical, independent functioning and the motivation to develop a fully self-operated infrastructure Good knowledge of German; English for technical documentation
