As a non-profit institution and a member of the Caritasverband der Erzdiözese Freiburg, the organization accompanies elderly and need-care people with diverse offers of stationary and outpatient care, hospice work as well as senior housing. The focus is on the need to accompany people in different situations of life reliably, dignifiedly and as self-determined as possible. The service portfolio includes stationary care facilities, outpatient services, day care and night care, hospice care, dementia-residential communities and various forms of service. In total, the organisation comprises eight central institutions and services as well as other locations in the area of senior-friendly housing. With your sound business expertise, you take over the overall operational and strategic responsibility for the company and actively shape their sustainable development in a dynamic market environment. You are responsible for the organisation’s economic management, including controlling, liquidity management, financial statements, and cooperation with tax advice and audit. As an experienced manager, you will develop the modern, binding and value-assuring leadership culture with clear decision-making and responsibility structures together with the executives. You control challenging investment and real estate projects, develop existing services on a future-oriented basis and accompany strategic change processes. In addition, you are responsible for nursing kit negotiations, driving the digitization of administrative processes and ensuring the long-term economic stability of the company.

You have a completed commercial study or a comparable economic qualification with well-founded commercial expertise. You are an experienced management personality with multi-year responsibility for complex organizational units and understand how to bring people, processes and economic requirements together effectively. You have sound knowledge of economic governance, financial and accounting, human resources management and ideally in the field of investment and real estate management. Strategic thinking connects you with pragmatic implementation skills, high decision-making strength and openness to actively engage and shape new topics and developments. Personally, you are convinced by commitment, communication strength, conflictability and a value-adding and trusting leadership style.
