Business advice: As a competent contact person, you accompany our independent merchants in business and commercial matters and promote the exchange between retail, wholesale and tax advice. KPI analysis and control: On the basis of business performance indicators, you identify potentials, guide action recommendations and develop sustainable optimization measures together with the merchants. LUNAR Process Management: With your expertise, you will ensure the process-compliant application of the LUNAR-EH solution and advise our merchants in all relevant processes. Goods management and goods movements: Through your support in goods movement and inventory processes, you contribute to efficient processes and high process quality in the markets. Project work and further development: Together with various interfaces, you will participate in the further development of processes and systems and accompany their successful implementation. Accompanying start-ups: From the initial planning to the successful start, you will be able to provide advice to prospective merchants and support them on their way to self-employment.

Vocational training or studies: You have successfully completed a commercial training in wholesale or retail, ideally with a further training to/from the trade specialist, or an economic study. Figure understanding with a wide view: key figures are more than pure figures for you – you recognize relationships, direct recommendations for action and keep an eye on economic developments. Passion for trade: The processes in the food retail trade will inspire you and you will bring a good understanding of commercial and commercial processes. Consultancy and communication strength: You understand that complex issues are incomprehensible and are so confident and convincing in relation to different interlocutors. Own initiative and solution orientation: You work independently, think entrepreneurially and find pragmatic solutions even in demanding questions. Flexibility and mobility: For the care of our local merchants, you are welcome to travel and have a class B licence.
