Teamleiter Engineering - GoLang / Kubernetes / Cloud (m/w/d)

You are responsible for recruiting and hiring, team assignment, promotion of talents and staff management of five engineers:inside You guide the development for internal tooling in consultation with the stakeholders, such as the architect:inside You take over the role of 'Product Owners' or Maintainers for Internal Tools You can see the overall architecture You are responsible for incident, operation and change management You secure the smooth operation of multiple platforms and work on the standardization and optimization of these platforms and processes

You have an agile mindset and experience with modern software development methods You bring leadership experience, ideally both in software development and in IT platform operation You have knowledge of software development, preferably GoLang, and cloud environments and Kubernetes You have experience in operating IT platforms based on Linux and Kubernetes You speak fluent English in word and writing and master German at C1 level You have fun promoting and maintaining your team and a 'show must go on'' mentality
