Master craftsman / technician: building operation and building services (SHK, electrical or ventilation technology) (m/f/d)

For safe operation of the technical building systems of the ''FFB PreFab'' with focus on SHK, electrical or ventilation technology. You coordinate maintenance, inspection and maintenance, accompany external specialist companies and assist in the acceptance, commissioning and sustainable repair of technical disruptions. You carry out technical control procedures, evaluate plant conditions and guide appropriate measures to optimize operation. You plan and accompany smaller technical reconstruction, expansion and optimization measures in ongoing building operations. You contribute your experience from operation and maintenance to the construction of the ''FFB Fab'' and support the development of future operating and maintenance concepts.

You have completed technical vocational training in the field of sanitary, heating, air conditioning, electrical or ventilation technology, as well as a further training for the masterin or state-tested technicianin. Ideally, you bring practical experience from building operations, maintenance, acceptance and commissioning of technical building equipment, preferably from the industrial, research, laboratory or production environment. You have well-founded knowledge in the field of SHK, electrical or ventilation technology as well as relevant technical regulations, operator requirements and safety requirements. You work independently, structured as well as solution-oriented and draw your attention through a pronounced hands-on mentality. You are convinced by a sense of responsibility, team skills and communication skills as well as a safe handling of popular MS Office applications.
