Werner & Pfleiderer Lebensmitteltechnik GmbH is looking for an experienced team leader (m/w/d) for electrical engineering in the field of software & automation. In this responsible position, you lead a small team of six people and are responsible for the planning and implementation of innovative projects in mechanical engineering. Leadership and further development of the team Electrical Construction / Software & Automation. Planning, prioritization and capacity control of all tasks in the field of EKON. Responsibility for electrical hardware, PLC programming (Siemens), Profinet/Profibus. Ensure standards, safety and CE conformity. Development, maintenance and standardization of electrical and software components. Technical reviews, approvals and quality assurance. Close cooperation with the fields of mechanics, production, service and project management. Support for commissioning and technical clarifications internal/external.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate who brings the following qualifications: Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in a leading position in the field of electrical construction or automation. Knowledge of the development and implementation of automation solutions. Experience in project management and in dealing with interdisciplinary teams. Embossed communication and leadership skills. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Travel readiness of about 15% national and international.
