Planning and coordination of the internal and external training and training offer including the organisation of internal training events. Care and further development of the qualification and competence matrix as well as coordination of training and development needs with the departments. Coordination, appointment and participation in trial time, employee development and feedback talks. Support for managers in the planning, implementation and follow-up of individual development measures. Compilation of evaluations and reports as well as cooperation with HR projects and the digitization of personnel development processes. Takeover of the training management as well as central contact for trainees and dual students. Responsibility for the selection of candidates and accompanying interviews for training and dual study places. Creation and coordination of training and placement plans, operational training assignments, as well as apprenticeship projects, practical projects and final work. Coordination of trainers as well as active development and implementation of practical training content for commercial and technical trainees as well as dual students. Cooperation with disciplines, vocational schools, universities and chambers as well as participation in training and university events to continuously improve the quality of training.

What distinguishes you.

Completed studies or a commercial training with personal training or comparable qualifications. Multiannual relevant professional experience in occupational training, training coordination or personnel development. Successfully completed training examination (AEVO) and good knowledge of the right to work and vocational training. knowledge of the training framework plans and experience in the design of operational training contents; Knowledge of dual study and practice plans is advantageous. Sensitivity, communication strength and joy in accompanying young people and employees in their development. Organisational skills, initiative and an independent, structured and reliable way of working.
