In this responsible position, you take on the overall responsibility for the establishment and manage their strategic development. You ensure the quality of life and participation of people with support needs and develop existing concepts in the sense of modern integration aid. You lead a multi-professional team, promote employees in their development and create reliable structures in everyday management. You ensure compliance with all legal requirements as well as quality assurance and drive internal control and control processes forward. You represent the institution so sovereignly inwards and outsides and work confidently with relatives, cost-beneficiaries and other cooperation partners.

With your completed studies in the field of social education, social work, (health) education, educational sciences or social management with educational qualifications, you have a well-founded technical basis. You brought together several years of professional experience in integration aid and were ideally able to gain additional experience in stationary youth assistance. You have well-founded leadership experience and convince by their ability to safely control and develop teams in challenging situations. You have knowledge of budget planning, controlling and cooperation with cost-beneficiaries and relevant authorities.
