Working Student Health Insurance - Sickness Benefit (m/f/d)

We are looking for you at the next possible time, limited for 6 months, for our Centre in Berlin as a working student (m/w/d) in the area of sickness benefit with a weekly working time of 15-20 hours/week. Our health care center fully accompanies our insured persons in a special situation of life, inability to work. The focus is on checking health claims for a child's illness, paying sick pay and consulting our insurers on their inability to work. As an all-rounder (m/w/d) in the administrative area, you will ensure smooth operations in the center with the teams. You are the supportive force for the team, especially when it comes to sending letters and maintaining required documents. “Creating” is not a foreign word for you? Perfect, because we need someone like you! We offer our insurers a customer-oriented service to all health concerns of statutory health insurance. Everything in mind: You always keep an overview when you collect data from our systems and commission your medical advice.

Without you, it does not go round: so that we can optimally advise our insured persons, send them and collect declarations of consent and keep their receipt in a conscientious manner. You're left: In order to clarify the questions of doctors (m/w/d) and insurers, you have telephone and written feedback.

You are an immatricated student (m/w/d). Ideally, you could already gain first experience in the office. You bring good MS-Office knowledge and also find yourself quickly in professional PC applications. A quick understanding and a high level of readiness to learn are yours. In your baggage you have a high level of commitment and team spirit.
