Lawyer - Commercial Liability Construction (m/f/d)

Damage assessment & assessment: Determined assessment of coverage and liability in material damage to the company liability building taking into account current case law and literature. Damage regulation: independent and holistic settlement of damages – from initial examination to ongoing control to final regulation, including payment processing, written correspondence and telephone consultation with all parties. Claim management: Examination and defence of unauthorized claims and development of viable decision proposals taking into account economic and legal aspects. Procedure: Active monitoring of judicial and extrajudicial procedures. Opinion: Evaluation of expert opinions, close cooperation with technical experts and participation in complaints for better assessment of complex damages and for the coordination of appropriate regulatory solutions. Customer orientation: Proactive control of the damage cases with focus on efficient, solution-oriented and customer-oriented processing while respecting the interests of the company.

Qualification: Completed legal studies (full-jurist/graduate) Communication strength: speech, negotiation skills and empathy. Decision-making: safe judgment and courage to make quick, sound decisions. Loadability: emotional stability and sovereign appearance in challenging situations. Team skills: joy in cooperation and ability to communicate knowledge.
