From 18,00 € / hour | 2.736 € gross / month (for full time, 152 h) | full time · part time

Your job at the stove

• Preparation of dishes à la carte or banquet according to use
• Mise en Place preparation of stations, professional storage of ingredients
• Independent work at your station (Posten Entremetier, Saucier, Gardemanger...)
• Quality control you pay attention to taste, optics & freshness
• HACCP-compliant mode of operation Hygiene is not a topic for you, but self-conception
• Cooperation with the team service, kitchen & line on one line

• Professional experience in hotel, restaurant or event gastronomy
• Clean & hygienic work according to HACCP standards
• Loadability in the kitchen is sometimes hot
