answering customer requests and complaints; advises the team on difficult customer requests Monitoring and coordination of the supply chain (in coordination with the relevant functions) to ensure delivery performance Identification and implementation of strategies to improve service quality and productivity Conduct customer and country-specific analyses and prepare statistics and analyses (e.g. forecasts) Support in the development of customer and supply contracts Promoting team work in all areas and contact persons for the team members of the customer service Motivating and supporting employees in the area of responsibility incl. guidance of personnel development and internal training measures Acquisition of general tasks in the customer service such as the creation of relevant master data (e.g. SAP), creation of order confirmations, accounting and management of payment inputs, etc.

Graduated training as an industrial or office businessman (m/w/d), a comparable training or Bachelor degree, e.g. in the field of economics, medical technology, etc. multiannual experience in customer service mandatory Experience in leading teams of advantage Very good verbal and written communication skills, especially fluent German knowledge and very good English knowledge. Any other foreign language is advantageous Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, good knowledge in SAP Customer and service-oriented work Team skills and ability to lead a team careful and independent work
