Support and support for people with disabilities in the participation process in working life and in support-relevant living areas Organisation and planning of the professional participation of people with disabilities (including admission management/exchange/exchange, participation planning, transitions to internal/external internships, initiation/evaluation of work-related measures) Consultation, among others, in individual conflicts and in crisis situations, special issues such as the establishment or abolition of care conditions, the mediation of complementary therapeutic/ pedagogical measures, the acquisition of personal aids Technical exchange and negotiations with the competent service providers (including recording management, B.E.Ni and HMB-T procedures) Active networking in municipal and regional areas

Complete study of social education, social work or comparable qualification Application-proof knowledge in current social legislation Professional experience in a recognized workshop for people with disabilities is desirable High social and communicative competence as well as safe occurrence Openness, personal commitment, flexibility and team capacity Application-safe MS Office identifiers Car driving licence class B of advantage
