Team Leader Quality Assurance Special Machinery Construction (m/f/d)

Within our quality management, you will be responsible for quality assurance activities for our manufacture and small series production. Within a team consisting of > 10 employees and the functions in receipt of goods, product audit and systematic problem solving, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership. You report current KPIs to the management of quality management with a regular reporting. Varied special projects complete your working day.

A completed, technically oriented university degree programme (e.g. economic engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology). Founded relevant professional experience of at least 3 years in quality assurance in manufacturing and small-scale production or in special machine construction, ideally with professional or already disciplinary leadership experience. Knowledge and reliable application of the common methods for systematic problem solving, such as 8D, A3, Six Sigma. High IT affinity (e.g. Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira, SAP). Very good knowledge of German and English and a willingness to participate in occasional business trips (>5%). Analytical thinkability, a reliable and team-oriented way of working, sovereign appearance, pronounced customer orientation and a strong quality awareness characterize your profile. A pronounced hand-on mentality, with which you drive topics directly, completes your profile.
