35 to 40 hours | Hamburg

You serve our predominantly commercial properties in the technical daily business. You carry out regular object visits and pay attention to the proper condition of buildings, plants and outdoor areas. You monitor the technical operation, identify defects early and initiate the necessary measures. You receive deficiencies from tenants, check them on site and document the facts clean and comprehensible. You prepare the commissioning of craft companies and coordinate external service providers. You act independently in cases of accidents and disturbances and provide quick solutions to ensure that the operation of the buildings continues as far as possible without restrictions. You control maintenance appointments of technical installations, accompany maintenance and can be explained by the work carried out. You read measuring devices and document observations as well as operating states. You operate technical systems such as closing systems, fire alarm systems or comparable devices and perform simple programming. If it is necessary, pack yourself and take care of solutions pragmatically.

You have a craft training. You bring technical understanding and a good sense of building technical relationships. You can assess the impact of disturbances or failures of individual installations on the overall operation of a building. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You are friendly and binding and are a reliable contact for tenants, administration and service providers. You like to pack up practically and keep a cool head even in unforeseen situations.
