Depending on your desired activity, you will be responsible for the rental management or WEG administration. These include, for example, independent commercial and organizational care of our administrative objects, competent care and communication with owners, tenants and service providers, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures, processing of diverse commercial and property issues, monitoring and organisation of ongoing administrative processes.

No perfect application kit, but a person who fits us and already knows what it is about in real estate management. We are particularly important: practical professional experience in real estate management, preferably in rental or WEG management;

training in real estate would be advantageous;
