Your duties Consulting our customers in technical, economic and organizational matters in the planning, construction and operating phase of real estate Participation in technical due diligence processes and technical inventory Participation in the development of sustainable portfolio & object strategies and related concepts Participation in monitoring and controlling projects Participation in the creation of economic considerations and structural, sustainable and economic project analyses Working on reporting and creating presentations Introducing innovative ideas and willingness to further develop our tools

Complete study of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering, real estate management or a comparable qualification First practical experience in the above-mentioned field of activity of advantage, also in the form of internships or student work activities Good English knowledge of word and writing Safe handling of MS Office products Willingness to project-dependent travel in Germany Performance and high commitment as well as strong team skills Motivation to develop in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
