The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. Its approximately 11,000 employees support and support children, young people and adults at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational education and training plants, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops.

Your New Task

• daily care of children, young people and their families with and without disability experience
• Professional and qualitative help planning in a multi-professional helper network
• Self-employed and process-oriented management of pedagogical measures as part of their case responsibility
• Development steps in the 1:1 setting by means of intensive educational support measures in the school learning environment
• Planning and implementation of leisure and group activities
• Documentation of the process in the help plan and quality assurance

Your profile

• completed studies of social education, social work or
• Comparative qualification
• Advanced knowledge of the legal framework for SGB VIII and SGB IX is desirable
• experience and knowledge in the aid plan, individual and group work, as well as consulting and planning skills
• Self-functioning and durability
• Reflection and responsible and constructive cooperation in the team
• Secure handling of standard software (MS 365, v.a. Outlook, Word)
• Identification and appreciation of the values and norms of the Christian human image
• Remarkable is the membership of a Christian church belonging to the working community of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany
