You work in the field of manufacturing engineering and are part of an interdisciplinary team that accompanies a challenging new building project in the maritime environment. Their focus is on production preparation and the control of external construction projects. Make sure that design data creates practical, complete and structured production documents that allow shipyards to work efficiently and without errors. Your tasks at a glance: You supplement existing design data such as building documents, piece lists and machine data with all the information necessary for smooth production - understandably, structured and practically prepared. Existing data from areas such as shipbuilding, pipe construction and equipment are processed by you in such a way that You can be used directly in production. You can organize and manage the finished work results in a revision-proof manner in an ERP system so that all participants can work with current and correct data at any time. In close coordination with the design and work preparation of the participating shipyards, make sure that information is provided completely, correctly and on time. Building documents and production data transfer them to the shipyards in a structured and timely manner and ensure clear, comprehensible data levels. Returns from the production are actively accessing and implementing them in improvements so that subsequent ships of a series can be built more efficiently and smoothly. Regularly create project overviews, status reports and editing for reports so that all project participants are always transparently informed.
