asterdorf assistenz west – these are about 1000 employees *in 73 locations. Together we stand for empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities, as well as children and young people in Hamburg. Due to the diversity of our educational, nursing and commercial skills, we offer around 1,300 people outpatient assistance and special living forms – personalized and socially adapted to the needs of our clients. In our day works, around 300 clients work in office or garden care. We do what makes sense and strengthens education and participation. We're looking for you! For our Lerchenstieg housing and assistance offer, we are looking for a leadership personality that represents and develops the offer in the sense of the strategic objectives of the Alsterdorf assistenz west.

Lerchenstieg is centrally located and yet quiet in the popular Altona district and offers 19 people with the most diverse support needs a home. Various offers, including the Millerntor Stadium and the Hamburg Cathedral are almost at the doorstep. Everything is easy to reach by public transport and the district offers a colourful mix of culture, cafes and shopping facilities.

Your duties

• Together with your team, you control and organize the establishment and implementation of resource-oriented assistance planning.
• They continue to develop the range of services within the meaning of the strategic corporate objectives and successfully implement an OE process for the location.
• You have budgetary responsibility and manage economically successfully.
• They work with the working instruments of the Alsterdorf assistenz west gGmbH.
• You will guide your employees with a lot of expertise and empathy. You can inspire your ideas.
• They implement legal requirements, defined quality standards and procedures.
• You will be part of our management team in Altona and work together with colleagues to further develop regional offers.
• You work with internal and external cooperation partners *in.

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of social education, social management or comparable social and academic education
• Multiannual professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX)
• Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion
• Participative leadership style
• We presuppose ownership, decision-making and enforcement
• Organizational talent and strong communication skills
• Security on the occurrence of cooperation partners *internal and public authorities
• Industrial understanding
• Pleasure and joy in the design and development of your work field
