The place is limited until 31.08.2028 with a working time of 19 hours/week.

They are responsible for the legally secure implementation of standard subsidiary procedures, in particular for supply, service and construction services, as well as for the settlement of calls for services from framework contracts. They advise specialist departments and check award documents You will get comparison offers and check them They carry out formal and computational examinations and reviews of tender documents; You are still responsible for the suitability test of applicants/brokers They conduct negotiations with applicants/parents, create price levels and carry out bidder decisions They carry out supplier management and pre-qualification procedures

You have successfully completed a commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman (w/m/d)) or an economic, engineering or comparable study Alternatively you have a technical training in the construction industry, ideally with additional training to the state-tested technician (w/m/d), with a commercial understanding You bring your first professional experience or a further education in the area of purchasing, logistics or material management Knowledge of procurement and contract law is advantageous They bring good knowledge of German in word and writing In dealing with current MS Office programs, you are safe and have SAP knowledge in the best case You are a team player (w/m/d), your tasks are solution-oriented, are communication-strong and service-oriented
