Nurse as Central Practice Instruction - Anesthesia Function Service

As a Central Practice Guide in the Anaesthesia Functional Service of the Department of Anaesthesiology and Operational Intensive Medicine, you play a central role in the practical training and development of future professionals. In a highly specialized working environment, trainees and new employees accompany you in a structured and practical manner, promote professional skills and actively contribute to quality assurance in patient care. You work closely with various professional groups and actively contribute to the further development of the training concepts in the field of anaesthesia.

Tasks:

• Coordination, planning, implementation and documentation of all training and further training within the Department of Anesthesia Care Campus South
• Central contact person and interface for all departments, institutions, departments of the clinic, educational centres and external cooperation partners
• imparting professional, communicative and social skills within the framework of the practical instructions and ensuring the theory-practice transfer
• Support for the training-responsible institution (Akademie Klinikum Nuremberg) in practical matters in the implementation of the respective curriculum
• Coordination of cross-disciplinary and cross-site cooperation for the optimal use of common potentials

Requirements:

• Completed training as a nursing specialist / nursing specialist with completed training "Intensive and Anaesthetic Care" (DKG) or as an anesthetic/assistant (ATA)
• Completed training "practice instructions" (DKG) or willingness to complete these
• Constructive, solution-oriented and structured operation
• High social competence in dealing with trainees, training participants and the team as well as with patients and their relatives
• Team spirit, organizational strength and communication talent
