Total responsibility for the technical services of a production site Technical and disciplinary leadership of the fields of mechanics, electrical engineering and energy supply Ensuring high plant availability due to preventive and trouble-related maintenance Development and optimization of maintenance and maintenance strategies Planning and implementation of investment and modernization projects, monitoring of plant retrofits and technical improvements Responsibility for the technical operation of supply facilities and energy facilities Budget planning and cost control within responsibility Control and selection of external service providers and negotiation of service contracts Participation in cross-departmental management and strategy projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering or a comparable field Alternatively, a further education to the technician or master with corresponding professional experience Multiannual professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company Comprehensive knowledge in the fields of maintenance, plant engineering and technical operation Experience in project management and implementation of investment projects Good business knowledge and a pronounced cost awareness Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working Enforcement, Communication Strength and Leadership High affinity for continuous improvement of technical processes
