As Salesforce Product Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the continuous development and optimization of our Sales Cloud. You work closely with internal stakeholders, power users and external partners. You coordinate cross-disciplinary cooperation between departments, IT and external service providers and tax product-related activities up to the Go level. You continuously develop our Service Cloud – close to the Salesforce standard and with a view to innovation and scalability. You understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements. You test new functions together with Power Usern, ensure the quality and train users for sustainable knowledge anchorage. You analyze usage data and KPIs, perform concrete optimization measures and meet sound decisions based on data and user feedback. You will start a product roadmap, prioritize topics in close coordination with stakeholders and present innovations transparently in reviews and demos. You are working closely with partners and consultants, working closely with salesforce ecosystems, and integrierfully developing relevant developments in our product strategy. Duration for 2 years

You have completed your studies in the field of business informatics, business management or a comparable field of expertise. You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a product manager, CRM implementation, Salesforce; Technical understanding and confidence with software development processes. You have strong communicative skills, go solution-oriented and work with different teams to understand their challenges and solve them by Salesforce. A certification in project management (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2) is desirable for us.
