Support and coordination of HPC and AI infrastructure, in particular access management, resource monitoring and cooperation with central IT and external partner data centers Advice and coordination with scientists and other internal and external stakeholders on technical requirements and the safe operation of research infrastructures Construction, operation and support of laboratory workstations as well as research, robotics, local storage and makerspace systems including installation, configuration and maintenance of the required hardware and software Analysis and elimination of complex disturbances and development of technical solutions for connected research and laboratory environments Support of central IT in the development and implementation of authorization, security and operating concepts taking into account IT security, data protection and regulatory requirements

Required: Complete training as a specialist informatics in the field of system integration, IT system electronics, IT system merchants, comparable training or comparable qualifications and experience, which can be used to perform a corresponding activity At least one year relevant professional experience At least one year practical experience in the administration and support of Windows, macOS and/or Linux systems on client and server side At least one year practical experience in the installation and configuration of the above systems and software High customer and service orientation as well as a strong commitment and success High level of autonomy, self-responsibility and a structured, team-oriented working Remarkable: Experience in university context or public authority Good English knowledge of word and writing Good knowledge of German in word and writing
