As a project coordinator configuration and obsolescence management (m/w/d), you are the central interface of a wide range of disciplines and ensure that all threads merge in a multidisciplinary environment. This is achieved by coordinating the line employees, the project team and the customer representation. You are responsible for the quality of the delivery items to the customer and create insightful reporting. Your tasks at a glance: You coordinate the timely creation of the delivery items in configuration and obsolescence management for the customer according to DIN ISO 10007 and DIN EN 62402. The quality and consistency of the data are your responsibility. You control changes and deviations in the product configuration for both hardware and software and ensure that You are also displayed in the documentation. Make sure that all relevant data is always up-to-date and only released changes are implemented. The control of the configuration and obsolescence delivery objects of our suppliers and subcontractors by the line employees for the timely order fulfillment falls within their competence. You act as a contact person for the customer, especially in case of queries or changes, direct the configuration and obsolescence management boards with the customer, create him with clarity about project stands and position our specialist area confidently and professionally. As part of the project team of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) section, you will have a strong contact and exchange with your colleagues. Internal departments such as construction, production, quality or project office will advise you on technical questions. Improvement potentials identify you proactively and play them back to the line in a targeted manner to optimize processes sustainably and to develop standards for future projects.

Complete technical or economic studies, e.g. economic engineering, ship operations, etc. Multiannual professional experience in the maritime industry, preferably in the handling of major projects of the German Client Experience in configuration and obsolescence management as well as in the coordination of delivery services Expertise in the technical operation of naval vessels Very good communication skills in German and English negotiating skills and communication strength as well as a precise and structured way of working Ready to travel (approx. 20%)
