Application/Support Specialist for Voltage Control (m/f/d)

You are technical advisers and problem solvers of our German and international customers and usually provide assistance by phone, e-mail, remote maintenance or on-site Our systems of controller and SCADA components are operated by the customer You support the release process of our hardware and software With a sense of hidden problems, you perform fault diagnoses and develop suggestions for solutions Share customer experiences and insights with product management to further develop our portfolio You can also use your know-how to carry out trainings for our customers and sales partners and thus contribute to the market success of your product group

You have a qualification as a technician:in, engineer:in with focus on news, energy, electrical/automatization technology or a comparable qualification You bring a high level of readiness to learn and look forward to building and expanding your knowledge about voltage control and remote control You convince with basic knowledge in or an affinity to the topics: programming and networking or Communication technology You have fun addressing problems and developing and implementing solutions in the team Ideally, you bring professional experience in a technical position with an energy supplier or automation technology You own initiative, targeted communication skills, a high degree of self-motivation and team skills in an agile environment You are binding and competent You have knowledge of German and good English in word and writing You will enjoy international cooperation and regular missions (about 30 days a year)
