You conduct personal consultations with our private customers and interested parties in our service center in Frankfurt You are responsible for our private customers and interested parties in telephone enquiries about our private customer insurance You create individual insurance offerings, focusing on the areas of road, liability, accident, property and legal protection You make written requests about our insurance offers and customer requests in all questions about customer service

You have a completed professional training as a merchant (m/w/d) for insurance and finance (insurance) or a comparable professional qualification, e.g. as an insurance specialist (m/w/d), insurance merchant (m/w/d), or you have several years of professional experience in insurance consulting as a specialist (m/w/d) for insurance mediation You have good contractual knowledge in the areas of road, liability, accident, property and legal protection You have practical experience in insurance consulting You are characterized by joy in dealing with people, a pronounced customer orientation and communication strength.
