As a production employee (m/w/d), you will become a central part of our team in production. In this position, you are involved daily in the production of high-quality products and contribute to the highest quality standards by careful machine operation. Modern machines and a motivating working environment in 3-shift operation await you.

• Service and monitor machines and make sure they run smoothly.
• equip machines with the necessary materials and pay attention to a constant material supply.
• Run regular quality controls to ensure that the products meet the requirements.

We are looking for

This position does not require many years of professional experience, but rather pleasure in the work in production and reliability. Ideal for beginners or applicants with up to 3 years of experience.

• possessing basic technical knowledge or a quick understanding of production processes.
• Good physical fitness as the activity can be physically demanding.
• Reliability and high sense of responsibility.
• Work in 3-shift operation is not a problem for you.
• Basic knowledge in German to be able to implement the work instructions safely.
