• Preparation of hot and cold dishes
• Output and presentation of food
• Operation of modern kitchen appliances
• Compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations
• Control and storage of food
• General kitchen and preparation work

Take this with you:

• Training as a cook (m/w/d), chef (m/w/d), chef (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in large kitchen, canteen, in-house gastronomy, shared meals, hotel industry or gastronomy
• Health passport according to the Infection Protection Act
• Self-employed and quality-conscious working
• Teamability and reliability
