As project manager:in TGA you monitor the entire execution process for one of our demanding construction projects in the semiconductor industry in Reutlingen in the Stuttgart area. Responsible takeover of technical engineering monitoring as overall project manager:in for construction projects in the high-tech industry Economic development of semiconductor projects within the fee framework specified by the management and monitoring of the project budget and the development of countercontrol measures Secure and sound application of cost/return and change management Participation in offering creation, organisation of project processes and compliance with safety requirements Staff management and development, moderation of project meetings and maintenance of customer relationships Ensure compliance with project objectives and internal networking with other Drees & Summer areas

Complete study of the field of process, supply, environmental technology or comparable study course or technician/master degree of the field HLSK, plants, pipeline construction Multiannual experience in the development of industrial projects, ideally in the semiconductor and/or life science, chemistry and plant engineering sector Experience in leadership of teams and a high level of social and leadership competence Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Project and safe in the application of VOB, HOAI and the control of technology readiness to project-related travel throughout the federal territory Self-employed and self-responsible working methods as well as enforcement, communication strength, team capacity as well as strong customer and quality orientation
