You monitor project portfolio management to ensure that projects match the strategic objectives and deliver business value. You monitor project performance, risks and resource allocation to ensure that projects are implemented in time and problems are resolved. You offer guidance, guidance and training for project managers and cross-functional teams. You establish reporting mechanisms to track the project status, KPIs and the health of the portfolio. Create high-quality presentations and reports for managers and managers to ensure that project status, strategic insights and important recommendations are clearly communicated. You continuously maintain and improve the implementation of the OKR framework within the IONOS Group to ensure that strategic goals match, performance is driven and a result-oriented culture is promoted within the company. You drive initiatives and make sure that the rules for data protection, infoec and risk management for the COO sector are complied with. You serve as a contact person and consultant for employees and managers in questions of data protection, infoec and risk management for the COO sector. You promote communication and coordination between the different departments and interest groups. You drive process improvements to increase efficiency, agility and project success rates. Qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related subject. Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership. Expert knowledge in project management methods and tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. You have strong written and oral communication skills in English; Knowledge in other languages is a plus. You have experience in working with executives PRINCE2 or similar certifications are desirable. Experience with data protection, information security and risk management is a plus.
