We are looking for an employee at the Department of Social Affairs in the Wiblingen social area as of 01.12.2026 for home management in the Wiblingen civic centre (m/w/d) Part-time, unlimited 19.5 hours (50%). The Department of Social Affairs (SO) organizes all the services of youth and social assistance in the University city of Ulm as part of a decentralized social space concept. In the Wiblingen social area, the interdisciplinary team consists of about 45 employees who provide services for local citizens connected. Payment is made by S11b TVöD-SuE or 9b TVöD.

Your tasks: Home Management Centre Wiblingen Development and implementation of own events Establishment of regular offers, including the civilized Activation of cooperation partners for new offers and cooperation with social institutions Planning and billing of occupancy and their rental

Your profile: a completed study of Social Work/Social Education/Social Sciences, Public Management (each Diploma/Bachelor) or a comparable qualification strong cooperation and communication skills Contact and engagement independent and structured work in own initiative the willingness to work on evenings and weekends if necessary, we require
