CNC Setter / CNC Router / Cutting Machine Operator (m/f/d)

You equip, set up and operate modern CNC machining centers in series production of aluminum profiles. Depending on the application area, you work on 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. In the respective machines and special features we work you in a targeted manner. You prepare tools, clamping means and devices according to specifications and introduce the machines for the respective production order. You drive orders, check the first parts and help to ensure a stable production process. You work according to drawing, work plan and test plan. You test manufactured parts with common measuring means and document the results. You perform simple tool and measure corrections. You identify deviations in the processing process and introduce improvements ideas on quality, runtime and setup time. You detect simple machine faults and fix them independently or together with the funnel team or the maintenance. You support machine operators in order transfer, in case of ongoing operations and in ensuring quality. Topics such as robotics, coordinate measuring machine and first pattern processes do not need to be brought along from the outset. Here we will make you internally targeted.

You have completed technical training, for example as machining mechanic, CNC milling machine, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, machine and plant guide with CNC experience or a comparable qualification. Applicants from adjacent metal professions with experience in the CNC environment are also interesting for us. You have experience in the field of CNC machining, machining or machine setup. You can read technical drawings and have a good understanding of dimensions, tolerances and quality. You work carefully, reliably and solution-oriented. You have the pleasure of constantly running machines and improving processes. You are teamable and ready to work in 3-shift operation. First knowledge with CNC controls are advantageous.
