About the job Professional and disciplinary leadership of commercial staff in the packing and billing departments

Participation in monthly and annual accounts in coordination with the regional controlling

Ensuring efficient cargo carrier management in European road transport (package)

Monitoring of booking operations, tariff data (acquisition), stocks, circulation, availability and booking quality (package)

Analysis and optimization of existing processes and implementation of standardizations and automations

Working with Clearing Compensation and Completion & for Special Projects

Internal communication with the specialist departments, request of missing information/subscriptions to ensure a correct score/subscription

Support in the clarification of differences with partners & entrepreneurs

Discovering optimization potentials in our processes and implementing effective measures at site level

monitoring and analysis of performance data, creation of target-actual comparisons, Statistics and forecasts

development of measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency and Implementation together with the team on site

About You Successfully completed training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or comparable training

Multiannual professional and leadership experience in kfm. Area

Structured mode of operation, organizational talent, team capability and loadability

Analytical way of thinking, structured working, reliability and readiness to learn

Secure and binding communication behavior towards customers, colleagues and partners, High competence in cooperation with internal/external stakeholders

Experience in handling MS Office (MS Excel, MS Acces and Power BI) and ideally user knowledge of HellAS

Very good German knowledge (C1) as well as good English knowledge (min. B2) in word and writing
