Job description / Task profile

For our renowned customer company, an internationally active chemical industry company located at the location 65527 Niedernhausen, we are occupying a free place in the core industrial sector at the earliest possible time. A reliable personality is sought as a production employee (m/w/d) for long-term use with very good takeover options into the customer's regular workforce.

As a production employee (m/w/d), you are firmly involved in the daily processes of industrial production. Your main tasks include the professional operation, equipping and monitoring of modern, computer-controlled production and filling systems. An essential part of your daily work is also to accurately weigh raw materials, chemical components and color pigments according to prescribed formulation and to provide them for the subsequent mixing process.

In addition, in your function as Production Agent (m/w/d), you perform regular visual quality controls on the intermediate and final products. They independently take material samples for internal quality assurance and document the results and batch processes completely in the production protocols provided. After completion of a production cycle, you will carefully clean the plants for product or color changes. Consistent compliance with all applicable cleanliness and regulations at work (including established 5S and Kanban industry standards) as well as strict compliance with the strict occupational safety and hygiene regulations in chemical production round off your versatile field of activity in Niedernhausen.

Working hours and shift model

This activity is carried out in a weekly changing two-shift model between Monday and Friday. A special advantage of this working time model at the location 65527 Niedernhausen is the shortened working time on Fridays, which allows you to start early in the weekend:

• Fresh shift week:
• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 to 14:45
• Friday: 06:00 to 11:45:00
• Later shift week:
• Monday to Thursday: 14:00 to 22:30
• Friday: 11:00 to 17:00

Employment within the framework of permanent night shifts or regular weekend work is expressly not provided for this position.

• Occupational experience:First practical experience in the industrial environment, for example as Production staff (m/w/d), helpers in the chemical industry, machine operators or factory workers are of advantage.
