Management, leadership and further development of the IT team Application management, including in the field of data platforms/reporting Strategic and operational management in all issues related to the development and implementation of short- and long-term IT solutions with the help of new or existing applications Examination and control of external dependencies Development of a functional, forward-looking IT architecture as a function of the requirements of the conveyor business processes Responsibility for compliance-oriented processes and workflows of LFI-IT related to NORD/LB-KIT Takeover of special tasks with strategic relevance and overall banking importance Strategic planning, organization, control and monitoring of all group-specific IT activities and IT tasks Monitoring of work and work results in terms of timely completion and control of the necessary capacities Creation, development and optimization of IT processes in terms of analysis and improvement of specific workflows Promoting cross-border cooperation

Complete study of computer science/informatics or comparable discipline High IT affinity with extensive knowledge of common hardware/software and infrastructure components Understanding processes and regulators Knowledge of how to use agile methods and tools, as well as the creation of concepts Experience in handling maintenance and license agreements and service providers Strategic entrepreneurial thinking and action to meet long-term goals of the Landesförderunginstitut M-V Self-responsible and independent work with analytical and methodical thinking Social competences and strong communication skills
