You tax the operating business of the insurance damage of a location You are responsible for your insurance staff Your responsibility lies in the control and analysis of the services and costs of insurance damage at the site You are responsible for the budget and the results as well as quality targets at the location and report to the Head of Instantinity in your function You ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies in the area of insurance damage You opt for productivity and processes in the area of insurance damage

Craft training with additional qualification (e.g. master, construction technician) Multiannual experience in the described area Experience in employee management Communication strength, openness and interest in our customers and products Power of persuasion and negotiation skills High level of self-responsibility, readiness to use, flexibility and self-employment Very good IT skills (MS Office and ideally experience in SAP) driving licence class B
