Account Manager (m/w/d) Gifhorn | unlimited | Full or part-time | 12341G As a Payroll Specialist, you support our Payroll team in Gifhorn and are an important contact person for all Omexom employees with high voltage around pay billing and time management. Maintenance, testing and quality assurance of the timing and accounting data taking into account tariff, legal and operational requirements Preparing and supporting the monthly pay billing as well as maintenance of personnel master files in the HR system Responsibility for master data maintenance in the HR system and ensuring high data quality Processing of medical reports and communication and coordination with health insurance funds, social security institutions and authorities Contact person for employees and executives on all issues relating to payroll accounting and time management and other payroll issues Creation of reports, evaluations and statistics and implementation of reporting and certification Ensuring compliance with statutory, collective and internal guidelines and relevant requirements (e.g. occupational safety, environmental and data protection) Participation in the optimization and further development of payroll and HR processes as well as the acquisition of special tasks and projects

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman:wife, merchant:wife for office management, tax specialist:r or personnel service businessman:wife, or a comparable qualification Ideally, you will bring first practical experience in pay billing and/or time economy, as well as basic knowledge in social security, pay tax and labour law. Dealing with accounting and time management systems is familiar to you – SAP HCM experiences are of advantage We require a safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, for this role You also keep an overview in a dynamic, project-based environment and safely coordinate complex interfaces and information flows A structured, careful and analytical way of working as well as a pronounced eye for detail You work service-oriented and like to work in the team, act reliably and responsibly, especially in the handling of sensitive data Flowing German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
